Overview
The SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) course prepares participants to serve as servant leaders and coaches for Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) enterprise.
This advanced-level training focuses on improving value flow, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and enabling continuous improvement across large-scale agile programs.
Participants gain hands-on experience in managing ART events such as PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt, coordinating multiple teams, and driving enterprise agility.
Upon successful completion, participants earn a globally recognized certification validating their expertise in coordinating agile delivery at both program and enterprise levels.
