Overview

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certification integrates the structured governance of PRINCE2 with the flexibility of agile delivery methods. This course teaches participants how to tailor PRINCE2 principles, themes, and processes to work effectively in an agile context.

It emphasizes balancing control and responsiveness, enabling project managers to deliver products incrementally while maintaining strategic alignment. Participants learn to lead hybrid teams, apply agile tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup, and MoSCoW prioritization, and ensure quality governance across adaptive projects.

Prerequisites

To enroll in PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, candidates must hold one of the following:

• PRINCE2 Agile Foundation

• PRINCE2 Foundation (or higher)

• Earlier versions of PRINCE2 Agile or other accepted project management certifications (check current PeopleCert rules)

Exam Format

• Duration: 150 minutes (2 hours 30 minutes)

• Number of Questions: 50 multiple-choice questions

• Pass Mark: 30 correct answers (60%)
