Overview

The Leading with Agility (ICP-LEA) Certification is the first knowledge-based credential in ICAgile’s Agility in Leadership Track, designed to help leaders and aspiring leaders thrive in today’s VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) world.

This 14-hour, instructor-led, activity-driven program focuses on developing self-awareness, relationship agility, and adaptive leadership practices. Participants will experience interactive simulations, case studies, and mentoring sessions, gaining practical skills to lead with empathy, resilience, and agility.

Upon successful completion, participants earn the globally recognized ICAgile Certified Professional – Leading with Agility (ICP-LEA) credential.

Prerequisites

• Possess 1+ years of leadership or coaching experience.

• Hold or are pursuing a professional coaching credential (recommended).

Exam Format

There is no formal exam for this certification. Assessment is based on:

• Active participation in class discussions and activities.

• Completion of interactive exercises, case studies, and practical assignments.

• Continuous engagement throughout the course sessions.

Upon fulfilling participation requirements, learners receive the ICP-LEA Certification from ICAgile.
