Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) – Three Full Days or Six Half Days

Overview

The Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) certification is an ICAgile-accredited program designed to help professionals develop the mindset, competencies, and techniques required to become successful Agile Coaches. Through interactive, activity-based learning and real-world simulations, participants gain hands-on experience guiding Agile teams, fostering collaboration, and enabling continuous improvement.

This program explores both the “being” (mindset, values, and emotional intelligence) and “doing” (tools, frameworks, and facilitation techniques) of Agile Coaching, preparing learners to handle real-world challenges with confidence. Participants earn 14 PDUs and 14 SEUs, receive official ICAgile learning material, and complete 14 hours of live instructor-led training.
